Ever since this location went under new management, it has really stepped it's game up.
Aracely (manager I think?) is actually there a lot and supervises her workers without putting so much pressure on them. I've witnessed her patiently helping & guiding a couple of employees simultaneously in the middle of a rush hour, as she did what she had to do to get the line moving. I really like her.
Amanda is my favorite. Every time I walk in there before or during work (which is almost every day), she is behind the counter with a big ol' smile on her face. You know what my favorite part about hat is? That it's genuine. We all have bad days but I have yet to see hers. She works hard and diligently. She doesn't let anything get in the way of serving or taking care of a customer. I once overheard her offering to pay for someone's beverage because they didn't have change. This girl is more than just a DD employee. She's a beautiful soul. YOU ROCK, AMANDA!!!!!!! -

I visited strictly to use the Wifi at this Dunkin' Donuts because I have had trouble in the past connecting with the Wifi at the Starbucks location attached to Jewel-Osco. I found other places in Wicker Park at the spare of the moment, but went with Dunkin' Donuts because I knew that there were seats available, and I was not too familiar with the other places I found, such as if they were congested or were there any parking spots near.
I visited this Dunkin' Donuts once in the past, only to leave instantly after noticing flies flying all in their donuts which I thought was disgusting, so I was a little hesitant on ordering their donuts during this visit.
I ordered a bacon egg & cheese bagel to eat while I wrote in my blog, which my order came in a timely manner that is typical to any Dunkin' Donuts location. Once I grabbed my order, the only seats I found were dirty! With that, I grabbed a few of their napkins to wipe the food particles off of the bench, which is very unsatisfactory for any customer to have to do at a restaurant. That alone gives me an idea of the work ethic the workers have at this location.
I have no problem on visiting this location in the future, but that would only be when I want to getaway from my neighborhood to utilize its Wifi, like such. Take what I have mentioned in consideration if you intend on visiting.

They have 3 people working here every time I come in but it takes more than 5 min for me to get my coffee. Then I can hear them arguing about the orders they charge wrong and make wrong because of the order was put in incorrectly. If you're in the mood for coffee and or a breakfast sandwich in the morning before work and you know you have a couple minutes to stop by, don't stop by here. They'll probably make you late to work.. Other Dunkin' Donuts will make my coffee in 30 seconds and my sandwich takes like 2 min and they'll usually have 1 or 2 people at other ones.

Hands down the worst location in the city. Regularly make drinks incorrectly, serve you iced coffee when you order cold brew, take an insanely long time so the wait is ridiculous even when there's no line... DO NOT COME HERE if you can avoid it, there's a Dunkin on North and 2 Starbucks nearby - go there.

Potbelly's closes at 9p so had to take my work elsewhere (can't go back home, otherwise I'd fall asleep!).
Had 2 options for 24 hours, here and Subway a couple establishments down towards Milwaukee. Given that subway leaves you with residual bad BO on your clothes, had to come in here instead, though I think it's worth to note that the subway looked safer.
Tons of bum-looking folks lounging in seating area, which sucks because they're limited on seats, as well as I don't feel safe whopping out my phone/macbook. Also, window has a huge crack on it, and woman manning the cashier/doughnut handout keeps scratching her face with her 2 inch acrylics -- yikes!!
On the upside, they have a special (11/2016) for $4.99/dozen doughnuts, and have USB ports on outlets.
2.5 stars; 2 stars past 7pm.

I'd like to place a separate rating for the light skinned Hispanic woman working the Sunday 11pm shift. She gets 5 stars as she was very friendly and concerned for her store/patrons.
Owner really needs to get that crack fixed as a few mins after I initially wrote this review, some aggressive man punched the window and the crack grew more and formed a huge gap with cold air seeping in!!!! So dangerous!!!
